BandStream is a platform that allows music artists to create personalized pages grouping their streaming links, events, and information. The Platform is currently in a private Alpha phase, restricted to invited users.

4 — Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, software, database, structure) are the exclusive property of BandStream SAS or are used under authorization. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the Site, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of BandStream, except for use for strictly personal and private purposes, subject to the provisions of article L122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Personal data collected on the Site is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended (loi Informatique et Libertés).

9 — Digital Accessibility

BandStream currently benefits from the exemption provided by article 4 of Directive 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act — EAA) for micro-enterprises (fewer than 10 employees and less than 2 million euros in annual turnover). BandStream nevertheless commits to progressively improving the accessibility of the Platform in accordance with the principles of the Référentiel Général d'Amélioration de l'Accessibilité (RGAA) and WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.

10 — Reporting Illegal Content

In accordance with article 6-I-7 of French Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, on Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN), any third party who believes that content published on the Site is illegal may report it to BandStream at the following address: [email protected].

The report must include the following elements: the date of the report, the identity of the reporting party, the description of the disputed facts and their precise location on the Site, the reasons why the content should be removed, and a copy of the correspondence sent to the author of the disputed content requesting its removal or modification (or justification of the inability to contact the author).
