Is band.stream free?
The Free plan lets you publish a first SmartLink and measure its visits and clicks, with no credit card. Pro opens full SmartLinks, Pre-Release, advertising pixels and detailed analytics.
How much does the Pro plan cost?
€72 incl. VAT per year, billed in one annual payment, after a 7-day free trial.
Which platforms are supported?
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, YouTube Music, Deezer, Amazon Music, Tidal, SoundCloud, and Bandcamp: 27 supported platforms in total. You can also add any free link, your store or your ticketing.
How does Pre-Release work?
You publish your page before the release: it shows a countdown and your audience leaves an address to be notified on release day. The same address then switches to the streaming links, with nothing to change in what you shared. Pre-Release is coming soon.
How many advertising pixels can I add?
As many as you want: the Pro plan does not limit the number of pixels. Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok are integrated natively, along with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Snapchat and X too. For Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, band.stream can also send conversions server-side, through their Conversions API.
Do I keep my address if I change plan?
Yes. Your artist.band.stream address stays yours, whether you move up or down. Links you have already shared keep working.
How do the analytics work?
Visits and clicks are counted without cookies or advertising tracking, including for visitors who refuse cookies. You see visits, clicks per platform, countries and traffic sources, along with their history. Clicks to your ticketing are counted too, show by show and by ticket vendor.
What happens to my audience's data?
It stays yours: hosted in the European Union, never resold, never profiled across artists. Measurements are aggregated, and export and deletion are one click away.
What is the launch offer on campaigns?
We take care of your advertising campaign on Google Ads and YouTube: targeting, setup, steering and reporting. During the launch it goes from €240 incl. VAT to €180 incl. VAT for anyone subscribing to Pro, once, on your first campaign.
Is the media budget part of the campaign?
No. The €240 incl. VAT cover our work on targeting, setup, steering and reporting. The budget paid to the advertising networks stays paid separately by the artist, as do your visuals and your ad copy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your dashboard, in three clicks, with no notice and no need to write to us. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then falls back to Free. A reminder email lets you know before every annual renewal.
How do I contact the team?
Through the support built into the dashboard, or at contact@band.stream. Humans answer in French or English within one working day.
